Free Genesis Club Pro WordPress Plugin
A Genesis Only Helper Plugin
We’ve developed a WordPressplugin called Genesis Club Pro. It’s available for sale, but you get it included as part of your membership of the Genesis Club.
The GCPP helps with lots of detailed code changes and tweaks to make your site better, by addressing the details that most people don’t even think about.
We keep adding new features to help you make small differences to your site that add up to make big differences to your visitors.
Ask Quick Questions Any Time
Learn from others and ask questions on facebook
Members can also join pour Facebook group and ask quick questions there.
We don’t spend much time chit-chatting – our Facebook Group is solely for getting a bit of advice when you need it.
Although we try to stick to WordPress and Genesis questions, if you happen to have a question outside that area, we’ll give you the benefit of our experience if we have it.
If it is quick, we will always try to respond to make sure you get some help straight away.
Longer questions should be asked during your one on one meetings.
Follow Step By Step Instructions
Add programmed code snippets to enhance your site
If you’re not a developer, adding code snippets can be daunting.
We don’t teach you to program, but we will show you how to include code snippets we’ve put together, on your site.
Genesis Blueprints is a separate membership but is included for Genesis Club monthly subscribers.
Examples of The Questions Members Ask …
… And some Feedback
I’m moving my site to Flywheel for hosting. One question I have is where to host my email. In the past, I’ve relied on the host to provide email. But Flywheel doesn’t do email.
I’m helping a client with a site that I did not make. I need to remove the right hand section form from a sub-set of pages only. Where do I even start?
We are moving away from Headway themes. Now we want to do all development in Genesis but not only use the ready made themes.
What do you advise to use to speed up development. Dynamik? Or do you have other insights ?
Not sure why, but the latest post on my blog archive page shows the entire post rather than an excerpt. How can I change it back so that all posts on the blog page show as excerpts? I think this is an easy one but just don’t remember
I am just curious your thoughts about “best” site structure to use when starting a new site. Subdomain vs. Subfolders vs. Multi-site?
Say you have a site about all the English Football teams. As one person creating this, I want to minimize my efforts while maximizing my returns. So…
Would you recommend (and why)?
Can you do a quick Photoshop video on how to make images black-and-white and to crop the size to 1600 x 600? I’ve been trying it and have somehow got it done but it’s taking me a long time and I’m sure I’m not doing it the right way because each one takes me about 15 minutes. I’m sure the real solution only takes a few minutes at best.
Thank you for the Solo session – lots of ideas to get started with! I did manage to find the two sites that I like the look and feel of. I hope to be able to do something similar with Genesis. Can you advise?
A big thank you to you for my one-one-one solopreneur session today. You helped me launch the new site I’ve been working on to replace my husband’s old website.
Thank you so much for the CSS for the numbering of the sections – my post is looking really fab now! Just a few more sections to add!
Is it possible to use a logo that is larger than 70px tall for the Parallax Pro theme? I do notice that when I go up in size with the logo that it starts to cover the photo below it and pushes the menu towards the top. Is there some sort of coding that can be done if one wants to use a larger logo?
Your patience in my one on one today has solved the problems on my landing page, including some I did not know I had, LOL.
Lessons for future sites: When I use the wonderful Genesis Club Blueprints, always move all the media queries from those blueprints to the end of the CSS (I had not dared do that) and in the right descending screen size order. And when you copy and paste, make sure you don’t miss a bracket!
Thank you once again for today’s one on one conversation! Excellent food for thought – and a few lovely tidbits for the soul, too!
Thank you for your help today. Always so helpful.
I am curious your (and any one of the group here) recommendations for a commenting widget or plugin (eg. Disqus, Comment luv), as well as an RSS feed plugin. How is the best way to add this functionality? Thanks in advance.
And outstanding one on one call today today. Am bringing out some new products and will need new landing/sales/call to action pages and a new secondary menu. I got help to think through the best approach for all of these items. We did a lot of preliminary work on the spot, and we also got the secondary menu working. There will be a new blueprint that will help me cross the finish line on getting my new pages up. THANK YOU so much! The Genesis Club always comes through, and helps me remember: every question/problem is solvable and 2) we’re more powerful than we realize.
